Dj-D.Hood born Danny hood of Canton ohio was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and it was there that he found his passion for music. Being in various entertainment groups and bands since the age of 14 he soon found that his calling was to be a Dj; other DJ's from Cincinnati such as DJ shawn Kelley and DJ Diamond took him under there wing and showed him the ropes. Joining the Army in 2000 to serve his country did not stop a thing because in 2003 D.Hood had his first opportunity to play a club in Germany his energetic personality always excited the crowd. In 2007 He played for the troops in Iraq helping boost moral and bringing a little bit of home to the soldiers. In 2009 D.Hood opened for a Young Joc Concert and soon after landed a Contract with the Army's MWR becoming the Head DJ for the base Clubs in Japan. He was the most requested DJ to do various events and private parties in Japan. DJ-D.Hood is a humbled man who likes to make sure everybody just has a good time. No matter what people are going through music always makes the situation better
